This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a relaxing outdoor swimming pool, and friendly staff. They even helped me exchange money on my first stay! Big shoutout to Colby and Esther for their outstanding service. I'm coming back for a weekend!

The shower was dirty and moldy.

Had a decent stay for my birthday—staff were friendly, and the rooftop pools were fabulous for a splash and a sunset! Also, the location was spot on for exploring.

But seriously, they turned off the lights in my room. it was like living in a cave! I guess I should've packed a glow stick or two.

The vibrant atmosphere and excellent location were the highlights of my stay. The friendly staff made me feel at home, and the rooftop views are definitely a must-see. While the room was a bit cramped, the comfortable beds and great amenities, including a pool and bar, made it worth it.

The rooftop pool was very nice and rarely crowded! The view at sunset was something out of a dream, just amazing. I even got upgraded to a private room which was way better than I expected.

The room was a hot mess—smelly, humid, and noisy! My ‘window’ was just an opening to the corridor, so I heard every late-night chat and party. With better options in Cartagena, I’d keep exploring.

We got a free upgrade, so the room was huge and super clean! Loved that it was spacious. The rooftop was a nice touch too. But honestly, I heard some reviews about other standard rooms being pretty cramped and even with no windows, which sounds rough. Glad I didn't experience that. You’ll probably want to double-check your room type if claustrophobic!
